It’s a question that all us brides to be think about before the wedding day – how to get the best bridal pictures – and the answer – it actually isn’t too hard. It’s simple really, your photographer wants the exact same for you and all you have to do is give them a little of your time and your trust. The first thing that we look at as photographers is the light – we always look for that beautiful light. The flattering light, not the bright, harsh, squinting kind of light. No, we’re looking for the light that makes you feel every inch as good as you feel.

Once we have the light – all we need is a little time from you. I know that you want to be with your friends and family – and I totally get it. But, a little time, not long, will allow us to give you the pictures you want. Remember the time it took to choose your dress and how much you love it? We want to capture it all. Without you feeling rushed. Just you, looking as fabulous as you feel.

All you need to do now is trust. As a photographer, speaking for myself I know how it feels to be a bride. And I want to make all my brides look at themselves when they see there pictures as be happy. So happy! I honestly want you to look at yourselves and think, wow, I look amazing. As good as I felt! So, all I ask is that you give me (or whoever is photographing you wedding) a little bit of time and trust and you wont go wrong.
