Summer seems like a long time ago now, but I want to go back and share the Robert and Lisa’s wedding.
Ohhh I loved their wedding. It was at one of my favourite venues – Middleton Lodge and everything about it was on my wave length. It was effortlessly styled with the absolute main focus of the day was everyone having a good time.
I joined the girls first at Skeeby Lodge which is literally 5 mins from Middleton Lodge. The girls were so accommodating and put me at ease straight off the bat. Yep, even when you have been photographing weddings for 7 years you still turn up a bit nervous. I was also pretty full on pregnant at this point – which also seems like forever ago. After they had their hair and makeup done at Skeeby we all headed over to Middleton Lodge. Where the girls all ready to go popped the champagne and really started the good vibes flowing.
The boys were already there, and I must say I loved the attire. The groomsmens suits were in a refreshing light colour and the groom and best man wore blue/grey.
Lisa’s dress was stunning. It was super simple but suited her perfectly.
I could go on and describe how great the day was. How I felt made a ton of friends when I left and how my second shooter (Catherine) was fabulous. How the staff treated us like guests. How gorgeous the decor was and how easy and laid back the day was. But, I’ll just show you the pictures instead.
