It seems like we have been planning this kitchen since the day we moved in. Our kitchen when we moved in 2.5 years ago was pretty rubbish. We were in love with our house but we always knew that we wanted to build a space where we could have people around easily. Enjoy the cooking and entertaining space and when you cleaned it, it actually looked. For a long time it was just something that we wanted to happen, but currently I’m sat in a building site where walls are being knocked down and built. And our space is becoming a reality.
I’m kind of secretly hoping that a new kitchen will turn me into Julia Child, creating amazing food with fresh flowers out all the time. But we’ll just see how that pans out.
