If someone asked me what I wanted my marriage to look like,I’d say theirs. If someone asked my what my favourite picture is,I’d say theirs.
Today my parents celebrate 41 years of marriage.They’ve taught and shown me to trust, to be honest, be faithful and have fun with the one you love. They’ve taught be how to put the other first, to be humble, and sometimes to say i’m sorry . I know they’ve loved much more than they’ve ever fought and laughed together more than they’ve cried.
Mum and Dad, thank you for making me so proud to be your daughter.
Here is to at least, another 41 more!
