Branding shoot for menopause and hormone rebalance expert – Claire Hurst.
A few months ago, I had the absolute pleasure of working with Claire Hurst on her branding shoot. Claire runs a Menopause and Hormone Rebalance business and also specialises in acupuncture, combining modern insight with traditional wisdom to help women feel their best.
From the moment we started planning, I knew this was going to be a brilliant shoot. Claire is a fountain of knowledgewhen it comes to women’s health — full of insight, warmth, and the kind of calm confidence that instantly puts you at ease. She arrived ready to go: prepared, open, and with the best energy. Our time together was a mix of productivity, laughter, and genuinely inspiring conversation about the work she does and the women she supports.
Claire did two things exceptionally well during her shoot:

She came with a plan. She knew exactly what kind of imagery she needed, how she’d use it, and the message she wanted it to convey across her platforms. That level of clarity made the session flow beautifully and meant that every shot had purpose.

She dressed for success. Claire brought variation, texture, and colour to her wardrobe choices — each outfit carefully considered for the setting and the tone of the scene. It elevated the whole shoot and made the final gallery feel cohesive, professional, and full of personality.
Since the shoot, seeing how Claire has brought her images to life online has been such a joy. She’s used them strategically and consistently, weaving them into her website, social media, and marketing in a way that feels authentic to her brand. It’s been a real testament to how powerful thoughtful planning — and showing up confidently — can be in creating visuals that truly work for your business.
