I’m a list maker – we’ve talked about this. I’m one of those who on their to do list has wake up and shower as numbers 1 & 2, just so I can feel productive and easily tick them off. One thing I haven’t done in a while though is given any real thought to things I want to do and places that are on my bucket list. Sure, we like to go away but these are more how we feel at that time and budget decided trips. The world is a pretty humungous place and there are some beautiful places to see and whole load of fun to be had.
I’ve tried to think of 10 places that I really want to go and things I’d like to do.I’m not there yet but I’m working on it. So far this is what I have – my bucket list of sorts.
- New York – a pretty obvious one for most people, but I’ve never been and I’d love to experience the buzz of the city.
- . The islands around Scotland and it’s most Northern parts. I’d quite like to feed reindeer when we are there – time it perfectly to glimpse the Northern Lights and see some whales from the shore. Maybe, just maybe that might all work.
- Go Huski Sledding.
- Visit the Azores.
- Go on Safari.
- Yoga retreat.
- I want to live by the ocean for at least 6 months.
- Visit Cornwall & Devon.
Life is a lot more than waking up, working and paying bills. I thinks its this time of year that always get’s me thinking about change. Constant change and goals. Where do you want to go? Maybe you can inspire me.
