I’m not quite sure how it happened, but I managed to check off blogging a wedding from the summer that I never blogged. I would be doing a complete dis-service to you all, if I did not show you how gorgeous Michael and Marianna’s wedding was. Ohh it was beautiful. They married and had their reception at East Riddlesden Hall. It’s a National Trust property that has it’s own lake, and the most stunning gardens – a little oasis in an urban area.
I started the morning at Marianna’s parents home. Where I was immediately made to feel like family. I was totally at ease and knew instantly that the day was going to be a special one. The weather was being a little bit up and down, but I think we all know that it doesn’t really make any difference what the weather says anymore. You really can’t dampen (I know, I know) anyone spirits when you are about to marry your love and celebrate with your favourite people. It just doesn’t matter.
I had working with me Gemma from Gemma Suckley Photography who started with the boys. I loved that everyone was so close to the venue, it meant more time for everything.
I’ll leave you with a few from their day. And if you’re anything like me, you’ll probably fall in love straight away with Marianna’s dress from Ava Rose Hamilton. It was ridiculously gorgeous.
Michael and Marianna, thank you so much for allowing us to be a part of your day. It was incredible and beautiful. xxx
