This weeks Feature Friday is Laura Greenwood Therepy. A Yorkshire based therapist specialising in Perinatal Mental Health, Motherhood & Trauma.
This lady is a powerhouse of a women. She oozes confidences, which is the vanity type. Its the type that comes from doing the work and again the common thread of self care. Which is more than a movie and facemark. I absolutely love following Laura, she’s as upbeat online as she is in real life, but sensitive too. She’s a self confessed ambivert who doesn’t believe we should fit into a single mould or category.
A mum, whose motherhood journey has allowed her to enjoy the simple things in life from hot coffee to kitchen dances. She loves a sunset, seeing every day as an opportunity to start gain.
I have had the absolutely pleasure of having Laura on 2 of my monthly sessions now and I love the energy she brings each time and the confidence. Women standing in their own strength and abilities is something I love, because I think all too often we shy away from the things or even stating the things that we know we are good at.
Laura works with women who feel the need help with motherhood, mental health and trauma.
