Losehill House Hotel & Spa.
As much as I love shooting at a venue that I know, I love discovering new ones, so finding little gems up and down the country is that little extra cherry on top and Losehill House Hotel was no exception. Jack and Vickie hosted the full wedding day at Losehill House Hotel and Spa in the Peak District, a beautiful manor house surrounded by fields, stunning views and on their particular day perfect blue skies. The venue as enough room for your guests to roam, but still feeling cosy and together at the same time.
But, let me get you on to the good stuff – Jack & Vickie, and their amazing family friends. When Jack and Vickie asked me to shoot their wedding I was mega excited. I’d met them various times through our mutual friend Jess. Aside from being ridiculously gorgeous, they are mad for music and travel and just all round fun people. Their wedding at Losehill House Hotel was a relaxed one and as cliché as this sounds really full of love. During their speeches you could feel the love from their family and friends. No one there was a seat filler, there were all hand-picked, they were surrounded with people who wanted only the very best for them and I don’t think you can ask for much more than that on your wedding day, can you?!
I knew that taking picture of Jack and Vickie was going to be a dream., Id had a little taster on the engagement shoot that we had earlier at Harlow Carr. They make taking pictures look effortless – but, then that’s how its supposed to be with the person you’re marrying isn’t it? As usual I wanted to try and keep my post’s smaller but I just cant seem to keep that happen. How can I when there is so much goodness to share!!
