At their reception was the first time that we were going to meet. We had spoken via e-mail, but I had never seen or met them before that night. But, I was quick to find out that it didn’t matter. Mayur and Mel welcomed me to their reception as if I had known them for years, I mingled with guests, enjoyed their evening and had a few goes on the dance floor (all whilst snapping away of course!).

The reception was held at The Lakeside at Roundhay Park. A place I go to quite regularly  when walking round the lake, but I have never been in the evening and the transformation is fab. It is such a beautiful view over the lake.

The reception was Mayur and Mel’s third celebration. They married in Vegas, had another blessing in India and then a reception here in Leeds. And these guys know how to throw a good party! Before the evening got underway, we had a few minutes together to get some pictures of the family and bridal party. Because,you know that when ladies are wearing Pronovias dresses, and rocking them,we want to get some of that love!

Mayur and Mel, thank you for being so fabulous. Thank you for an evening of style and fun! But most of all, thank you for letting me document a piece of your love.
