After watching the snow fall for about 6 hours straight on Friday,whilst wrapped in blankets and sipping red wine, we pretty much knew that Saturday was going to be a snow day!! I have been loving the snow days. On Saturday morning whilst Jim worked on building websites, I worked on building an Igloo – cat size!!  As yet I don’t have children, so the cats benefit in many ways like a small child would. Bedtime story books and all. (kidding)

I actually got the idea from a picture that one of my brides for this year put up. Her and her fiance made a life-size Igloo  for their 2 girls which was amazing! I started off with some building blocks….

It seemed to be going so well…

Until he stood up and started testing the strength of the walls…

Turns out they weren’t that strong!

So after Figaro had ruined my Igloo (2 hours wasted building time) and Jim was fiiiiinnnnally ready for a break, we picked Alfie up and hit the slopes – aka – Meanwood Park.
