A few weeks ago, myself and Victoria from Victoria Walker Boutique were nattering away – as we do – about wanting to put together a shoot. 2 weeks later it was happening. We joined up with some crazy talented people and got to it. Kate from Haute Couture Bridal, Emma from Emma’s Home & Garden, Brittany from Doll Hair and are fabulous models Fran & Kayleigh.

To be honest, the morning of the shoot the weather was looking a bit meh! But like true pro’s and not actually wanting to put it off – we went ahead. And the weather did what it should always do and  turned out beautiful.  We ran slightly behind schedule, which is always the case and ended up having to chase the light. It felt like the tornado chasers on TV. But way less dangerous and windy.

When you team with a group of people that just click, it feels like a little bit of magic happening. I wrote a post last week about finding people who push you, and that’s what this is to me. I’m finding people of a like creative mind who want to help, inspire and push each other. Unlocking the creative flow is good. Sooo good.

 I know you are thinkig. Ohh horses – how sweet.  That wass our initial feeling. Then they started circling us and attempting to eat the bouquets! 

I did make a little video of the shoot. It’s nothing fancy, but I love seeing more than stills and it’s something that I definitely want to do more of.
