So we thought hard about the gift. We knew the things that she didn’t want, but not what she did. Family was the only request.
So, we booked surprise flights back to the motherland for a surprise dinner with family and a few days away. I wanted to capture her reaction on camera when she spotted us queuing behind to her to board the plane when she realised it wasn’t just her and dad. But due to having to run to keep from missing our flight I only had enough time to pull out my passport 😉
My parents met in Ireland nearly 37 years ago and it will always be a special place to them. And below is how I have always seen them.Side by side. Walking through life.Happy.In love.Together.
