After meeting back up with them a while ago for their engagement session, it got me excited for their wedding day! Sayan & Anna, are such a sweet couple who are so much fun. This weekend I joined them at Swinton Park for their wedding, which was a beautiful, fun and relaxed affair. It didn’t matter that it was raining outside because they had everything they need with them, a great set of friends and family – and each other. The beauty of getting maried at this time of year is the Summer evenings, because it stays light so late. So,when the sun decided to make an appearance after 7pm – everyone still got a chance to enjoy it.
Sayan & Anna, thank you for being you. You are both so thoughtful and caring of the ones that you love. Thank you so such for a truly wonderful day. It was a pleasure to be to witness you promise forever together and celebrate with all your family and friends.
Anna’s shoes were the perfect amount of sparkle to start off the day with, and matched her Caroline Castigliano dress beautifully. The stunning flowers for the day were created by Twisted Willow. Elizabeth Rignall from Bobbi Brown made Anna look even more beautiful with her makeup skills! My second photographer for the day Kirsten documented the boys getting ready which involved some shiny shoes, funky cufflinks and beer…. …and I continued to stay with the ladies. Mainly because it involved bubbly, finishing touches and sparkly shoes!! Becci from Hair by Becci completed Anna’s look with a stunning updo. When we work with the rain we get pretty pictures. Like this. It would be rude to be so close to the Black Sheep Brewery and not have a little sample for the guests, and of course the staple summer time pimms. With it still being a bit wet outside we started off with our portaist inside. Swinton Park is the perfect backdrop if you have to bring your portraits inside. …and then we got a dry spell so we headed out for a few moments. After dinner the sun decided to make it’s best appearence yet. So we headed up to the lake for some more pictures. Sayan and Anna were brilliant about not being fussy about the slightly muddy walk. These two had some smooth moves on the dancefloor! And this is how I left the party. Dancing.Celebrating. Having fun!Sayan and Anna, thankyou for such a fabulous day. I loved every minute of it.
