We decided for the whole day that we wouldn’t use the underground. Just us,a map and our feet! We set off from the Langham with the mission of reaching Portobello Road – without getting lost. It happened.Kind of. Anyone who knows me, knows im not the best navigotor out there. So after after a few wrong turns in Hyde Park ( I totally blame the map) we arrived at out destination. In all honesty I thought it was going to be bigger. But it was still great. Little stalls setup along the street and beautiful coloured houses. We stopped at Dri Dri’s halfway ( the amaretto flavour is A-mazing!) and then headed to the main stall area.. After trying on a few beautiful vintage belts/shirts and dresses, I realised I need to lay off the Dri Dri’s. They didnt fit.Later, we had dinner at a cute little Mexian and started on the mission of how to navigate our way back to the hotel.. As always being in london never dissapoints.. x
