Happy New Year!

I know it’s the 9th and I’m a little late in getting round to it, but hey. I did plan on having blog post’s lined up all the way from January 1st, but I didn’t really want to turn down meals/drinks and say no to seeing people to write them.  I have completely loved the last couple of weeks of Christmas. We have entertained so many family and friends, met up with people and just  had a generally good-time, been continuously full and had a  never an empty glass kinda  time. That being said, I was actually excited about January 5th! I cleared out my office and started getting on with all the fun of being back on full speed with the business.

I’m starting to create some sort of weekly plan that I enjoy and that works. I started an 11 week creative writing course today and am doing a longer Astanga Yoga class than I used to. I’ve managed to get my but to the gym twice this week for 6:45  AM classes! So far I’ve changed my eating habits by adopting the Paleo lifestyle, starting with the #whole30 for this month. All of which is being spurred on by the fact that I have 4 destination weddings to attend – 3 of which I am amazingly working! So my super toned body motivation is in full gear! This week also see’s the launch of the first You Are Workshop, which I am pretty excited about.

 

All in all, I’m happy with 2015 so far. I’m grateful for another year of being surrounded by amazing people and getting to travel. So Happy New Year, I hope that this is sincerely your best one yet!
